Try Your Best

When you are suffering with a mental illness, at times the smallest things can seem overwhelming and unmanageable. I have found that starting small and working towards bigger things has worked well for me. Some days will be better than others. Some days you will do more, some days you will do less. The important thing is to try your best every day. It does not matter what others are doing. You are not them. Do not compare yourself to them. You are your own unique individual. Be the best you, you can be.
