It is normal for growth and change to feel uncomfortable.
Choosing therapy does not mean you are broken, damaged, or somehow wrong. - it is great tool for learning how to manage anxiety, depression, and more.
Understand your therapist is there to help guide you. You are the one who has to make decisions on the type of guidance you need. At times I didn't know what kind of help I needed. Those times are okay as well. Sometimes you just need to show up and talk it out.
Change does not happen immediately. It will take time but it is so worth it.
All therapy sessions are different. On different days we need different things.
It is important to be honest with your therapist. You are not going to get the most you can out of a session if you don't let them know what you are thinking and feeling.
