Let today be a reminder that our thoughts can make us or break us. My experience is that mental illnesses lie to us. They make us feel horrible and unwanted. It is our job to rewrite those thoughts. It is our job to question those feelings and prove them wrong. I believe you are wonderful, worthy, loved, and strong. I believe it because I know how it feels to be on both sides of the struggle. Today, and every day, we rewrite those lies.
