Depressed Me- Wants vs Needs.

I realize when I'm depressed, I want to sleep a lot, I catch myself scrolling aimlessly on social media, I have a hard time concentrating, I zone out easily, and I am unmotivated.


We are all a bit different when symptoms arise, but I wanted to remind you that you may need to do one of the things below to help yourself manage the depression.


- Sleep

- Cry

- Talk about it

- Read

- Journal

- Get some fresh air

- Take a long shower

- Be gentle with self

- Eat

- Straighten up a room

- Spend time with a pet

- Watch a funny video

- Make a to do list

- Take a walk
