Make a simple to do checklist.
Journal.
Drink lots of water.
Take a walk everyday.
Cry it out.
Listen to uplifting songs.
Try to do the opposite of what depression tells you to do.
Do some deep breathing.
Try to follow a routine.
Try not to isolate.
Plan a healthy dinner.
Remind yourself of things you enjoy.
Pick up after yourself so you don't end up with an overwhelming mess.
Ask for help.
Remind yourself you are doing your best.
