Do you exercise?
What have you done that makes you feel good?
What cant you do that would be good for you?
What is something you look forward to?
What are you grateful for?
Checking in is an important part of staying healthy mentally and physically. It is a chance for us to see what is truly going on in our lives, so we can enjoy the good and see what might need some work. We cant fix issues if we don't know we have them.
I hope you will take the time to do this check in. Maybe even make it part of your routine.
