When you get stuck in your head because you have made a mistake and all of those negative thoughts start attacking your mind, stop and take a deep breath. Mistakes happen. Decide if it is going to ruin you or if you are going to learn from it. I am hoping you choose the latter.
I recommend doing some journaling about it. Write down what happened and how it made you feel. Make sure to include all of those thoughts that were attacking your mind. Then wait a few days and go back and read what you wrote.
It is so important that we are aware of how we treat ourselves. If you would not treat a friend the way you are treating yourself, you may want to make some changes.
